TERMS OF SERVICE & RETURN POLICY

Welcome to World's Best Stickers (wbsireland.com). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Most of our products (including custom vinyl stickers, personalized football decals, and sublimation mugs) are custom-made to order based on your unique specifications, names, logos, or sizes.
• Please double-check all text spelling, colors, and sizes before finalizing your purchase.
• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
According to EU Consumer Protection laws, personalized and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of return.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size/color.
• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact page with photographic evidence. We will gladly arrange a free replacement.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All physical packages are dispatched from Castlebar, County Mayo, via An Post Standard Post. Estimated delivery times within Ireland are 2-5 business days after production. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
